Polypropylene film paper cup packaging machine has high adaptability of cup size and can meet all kinds of common specifications and customization requirements. Specific cup sizes that can be packaged are as follows:
I. Conventional Diameter range
Basic Adaptation Diameter
The device typically supports cups ranging from 40mm to 250mm in diameter and covers mainstream beverage containers such as milk teacups, juice cups and coffee cups.
For example, small cold drink cups (e.g. 50mm in diameter) and large hot drink cups (e.g. 220mm in diameter) are compatible.
Customized extension
Some models can also meet the brand's differentiated packaging requirements by replacing moulds or adjusting parameters to further support special specifications such as 92mm and 97mm for curling.
II. Height and volume are compatible
Cup high range
Equipment can be packaged in cups up to 95mm in height. Some models can support 700ml large-capacity paper cups (height may exceed the base range) by upgrading the mould or adjusting the seal mechanism.
For example, packaging requirements for disposable soup bowls or family-size beverage cups.
Capacity coverage
Depending on the type of device mold configuration configuration, it is compatible with small volumes (such as 10ml tasting cups) and large volumes (such as 5000ml disposable bowls).
III. Special Shape Adaptation
Irregular-shaped cup support
Some devices can be packaged in irregular cups, such as cones and curved cups, with flexible designs such as adjustable sealing cup mouths and elastic molds, but device compatibility needs to be confirmed in advance.
Stacking capacity
For multi-cup combination packaging, the device supports up to 700mm of stacking length (e.g., 4-cup stacked packaging), which improves transportation efficiency.
IV. Key Influencing Factors
Differences in equipment type
Basic models may only support standard sizes (e.g., 50-150mm in diameter), while higher-end models achieve wider coverage through modular design.
Membrane Match
The width of the packaging film should match the equipment (e.g. 420-430mm wide film) and the sealing material should match the shape of the cup (e.g. PP, PE, aluminum foil composite film, etc.).
Trade-off between speed and precision
Oversized or irregularly shaped cup packaging may slow the device down (for example, from 60 to 20 packets per minute), but the sealing quality will be more stable.
