PP film paper cup packaging machine is designed for the efficient sealing and packaging of containers such as paper cups and plastic cups. Its core functions and scope of application are as follows:
I. Main Functions
Automated Seal Packaging: PP films (polypropylene film) are precisely covered over the mouth of the cup by either hot or cold pressure technology to achieve seal packaging and prevent liquid leakage, dust ingress or oxidation and spoilage of the contents.
Multi-Size Compatibility: Supports packaging cups of different sizes. By adjusting molds or parameters, it can accommodate containers with significant differences in diameter and height (e.g., small teacups, large coffee cups, ice cream cups, etc.).
High-Efficiency Continuous Production: adopt automatic production line design, can continuously complete the cup feeding, film conveying, sealing, cutting and so on. Production efficiency can reach dozens to hundreds of cups per minute, meeting the need for large-scale production.
Guaranteed Sealing: By precisely controlling temperature, pressure and time, ensure that the seal is free of bubbles and wrinkles, achieve a high strength seal effect, and extend the product's shelf life.
Film-cutting and Waste Recycling: automatically cut polypropylene film to the required size and collect excess waste to reduce material waste and maintain a clean production environment.
II. Applicable Container Types:
Paper cups: Disposable paper cups (such as cold or hot drink cups); double or single layer paper cups with or without coating (e.g., PE-coated leak-proof paper cups).
Plastic cup: a plastic cup made of polypropylene, polystyrene, polyester (PET), etc.; a transparent or opaque plastic cups with or without a handle.
Other Containers: cup-shaped containers (e.g. yogurt cups, jelly cups, pudding cups); food or non-food containers (e.g. condiment cups, medicine cups) that require to be stored under seal.
III. Functional Expandability (optional): With modular design, some devices can be expanded by:
Coding/Inkjet Printing: Print the date of production, batch number and other information on the sealing film.
Gas Inflation/Vacuuming: The use of inert gas to inflate or create a vacuum in packaging to extend the shelf life of food. Irregular-shaped cups: support sealing of non-standard shaped containers such as squares and ovals through custom moulds.
