1.Daily Cleaning and Hygiene Management
Body wash: At the end of each day of production, wipe the surface of the body with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, oil, residue and prevent long-term adhesion of corrosive substances. Food-grade cleaners should be used for parts that come into contact with food or medicine (such as filling heads and sealing modules) to prevent contamination.
Thin film path cleaning: Clean the film conveyor belt, guide roll and tension control device regularly to prevent the accumulation of film debris that could lead to blockage or dislocation. You can use a compressed air dryer or a professional cleaning tools.
Waste Disposal: Cleaning up waste generated during cutting in a timely manner so as not to clog equipment or cause fires (especially materials sensitive to static electricity).
2.Periodic inspection and calibration
Key Component Inspection: Perform weekly inspections of vulnerable parts such as sealing modules, tools and sensors to ensure that they are not worn, deformed or loose. Sealed temperature sensor, for example, need to be calibrated periodically to ensure temperature control accuracy within + -2°C.
Electrical System Inspection: check the wiring connections once a month to prevent short circuit due to loose connection; check the heat dissipation of electrical components such as motor and frequency converters to prevent overheating and damage.
Mechanical Structure Calibration: quarterly adjustment of equipment level, belt tension and chain tightness to ensure smooth operation and reduce vibration impact on accuracy.
3.Lubrication and Rust Prevention maintenance
Lubrication of moving parts: According to the equipment specification, special lubricating oil or grease is regularly added to moving parts such as bearings, gears and chains to reduce wear and tear.
Anti-rust treatment: Apply anti-rust oil to unpainted metal parts (such as frames and screws), especially in humid or corrosive environments, and shorten the rust prevention cycle accordingly.
4. Replacement of Wear Parts and Spare Parts Management
Regularly replace: replace worn parts such as tools, heating strips, sealing rings, etc., in advance according to frequency of use. For example, replace worn tools in a timely manner to avoid affecting packaging sealing.
