1. Classified according to the form of printing plate
Divided into letterpress, lithographic, gravure and stencil printing machines; mounting plates and embossing structures are divided into flat press flat, circular press flat and rotary press circular presses
(1) Letterpress printing machine: A machine that uses letterpress to complete the printing process. Such as business card machine (resin version), type printing, zinc letterpress, sets of numbers and so on.
(2) Offset printing machine: A machine that uses offset plates to complete the printing process. Such as multi-color machine, four-color machine, two-color machine, single-color machine, fast printing machine, etc.
(3) Gravure printing machine: A machine that uses gravure to complete the printing process. Such as glass bag printing for instant noodles, aluminum foil bag packaging for biscuits, etc.
(4) Screen printing machine: A machine that uses a screen plate to complete the printing process. Stencil printing: such as screen printing, circuit board printing, cloth flower printing, can printing, nameplate printing, partial glazing, etc.
2. Classified by printing paper
(1) Sheet-fed printing press: A printing press that uses a single sheet of paper.
(2) Web printing machine: A printing machine that uses web.
3. Classified by printing method
(1) Flat press flat printing machine: a printing machine in which both the plate support and the imprint are flat
(2) Rotary flat printing machine (platform printing machine): The printing plate support body is flat, and the impression body is a cylindrical printing machine.
(3) Stop rotary printing machine: The printing plate cooperates to reciprocate. When moving forward, the impression cylinder rotates once. When returning, the impression cylinder stops rotating to complete a printing process.
(4) One-turn printing machine: A printing machine that completes a printing process when the plate table reciprocates once and the impression cylinder rotates once.
(5) Two-rotary printing machine: a printing machine that completes a printing process every time the plate table reciprocates once
(6) Reciprocating printing machine: A printing machine that completes a printing process every time the impression cylinder rotates back and forth once.
(7) Rotary printing machine: The printing plate support body and the transfer body are cylindrical, and the printing machine is fully rotated when the printing process is completed.
4. Classification according to the type of printing ink
(1) Monochrome printing machine: A printing machine that prints one ink color on one side of the paper during a printing process.
(2) Two-color printing machine: A printing machine that prints two ink colors on one side of the paper during one printing process.
(3) Multi-color printing machine: A printing machine that prints more than two ink colors on one side of the paper in one printing process.
(4) Double-sided monochrome printing machine: A printing machine that prints on both sides of the paper during a printing process.
(5) Double-sided multi-color printing machine: a double-sided printing machine that prints two or more ink colors on at least one side of the paper during a printing process.
