At the 2025 Paper Eurasia in Istanbul, a focused Turkish buyer paused at our booth – sparking what would become a landmark partnership. His mission? To source high-speed, industrial-grade paper cup production solutions for rapidly growing market. Our engineers conducted in-depth technical consultations on-site, meticulously addressing specifications from cup design versatility to throughput stability.
The connection forged at the trade show deepened weeks later when the client visited our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in China. Walking through our automated machining workshops and rigorous QC labs, he witnessed our engineering excellence firsthand. The decisive moment came when he observed our newest model with production speed 150 cups/min. Impressed by the new technology, he committed to four complete production lines on the spot!
Post-order, our dedicated engineering team flew to the client's facility in Istanbul for end-to-end installation and commissioning. When all four lines synchronized perfectly during trial runs, the plant manager exclaimed:"Your equipment's stability exceeded expectations! The intuitive controls and your team's 24/7 support made this complex installation feel effortless."
This partnership exemplifies how tailored engineering solutions and relentless commitment bridge global business gaps. We transform challenges into triumphs – one satisfied client at a time.
